Let our experts guide you! All our healthcare providers have received advanced training and certification in obesity medicine and are contracted with most insurance carriers. Your doctor visits are billed separately from the monthly membership fee. For our cash-pay and Medicare patients, ask us about our self-pay fee structure.
Your monthly program fee includes the program support services and materials and is NOT billable to insurance. The monthly fees are your out of pocket responsibility. The monthly membership fee does NOT include the provider visits, unless you select the self pay plan. You may use your Flex Spending Account or Health Savings Account for out of pocket monthly membership fees.

Your treatment will begin with a one-hour assessment of your current weight, weight history, medical history, general health, physical fitness, behavioral/mental factors, and health goals. Based on this information, we will discuss which medications and program can deliver your desired results. We will also perform a body composition analysis to monitor your progress throughout your journey.
At this appointment, we will order labs to compile a full metabolic profile and assess hormone levels, if appropriate. Here, we will help you select a program option and curate a lifestyle plan that is distinctly tailored to your needs. Our trained staff will review your program guide, including dietary recommendations, App access, and all of your program components.
This is where your transformation begins; you will put your plan into action, taking your prescribed medications and adjusting your lifestyle with the assuredness of enhanced health and confidence on the horizon. Throughout your treatment, you will have unlimited access to our messaging system so that we can answer any questions you may have in a timely manner.
Your first follow-up appointment will be scheduled 2-3 weeks after your start visit to assess your progress and experience. After that, you can look forward to monthly check-ins, with the option to schedule additional visits as needed.
Upon completion of your six-month program, you will be enrolled in our Ongoing Maintenance Program if you have more weight to lose and need ongoing medication management, hormone management, continued support and accountability. We will continue to support you as long as needed with monthly visits, continued access to the provider, labs, and a monthly body composition analysis.
