Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 1½ lbs ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • Optional: red pepper flakes or grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Brown the turkey:Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Build flavor:Add onion and garlic. Cook 2–3 minutes until fragrant. Stir in Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add spinach:Fold in spinach and cook just until wilted, about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Serve:Taste and adjust seasoning. Top with red pepper flakes or Parmesan if desired.
