Comfy Cabbage Soup

*You can also leave out the turkey to make this vegetarian

You will need:

In a large pot heat the oil. Sauté: Onion and garlic until done. Then add ground turkey. Season as desired with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and basil. Cook until ready.

Then add in and sauté slightly 1 head of red or green cabbage roughly chopped. Add one box chicken or vegetable stock. Add 1 can of crushed tomatoes. Add washed and cut potatoes (about 1/2 in size). Add other box of chicken or vegetable stock. Including, 1 better than bouillon chicken or vegetable, seasoning as desired. Cover with lid. Cook until potatoes are soft about 45 minutes. Serve, careful it will be hot. Enjoy!
