To secure dedicated time with your provider, a $49 deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
This deposit is not the cost of your visit and will be applied toward your initial 50-minute provider visit, which is billed to your insurance or available at a cash rate of $250.
Deposits are fully refundable with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours and missed appointments are non-refundable.
