Greek Chicken Protein Jar

Grab and Go! Great for momentum and efficiency. This protein jar is designed for workdays—easy to prep once, easy to grab, and satisfying without the afternoon slump. It travels well, keeps flavors fresh, and supports steady energy between meetings.

Ingredients (Makes 3–4 Jars)

  • 1½ lbs grilled or rotisserie chicken breast, chopped
  • ½ cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ⅓ cup red onion, finely diced
  • ⅓ cup feta cheese (optional)
  • ¼ cup olives, sliced
  • ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

How to Assemble (Jar Method)

  1. Bottom layer: Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano
  2. Middle: Chicken, onion, olives
  3. Top: Cucumbers, tomatoes, feta

Seal and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Shake or stir when ready to eat.
