You’re invited to a VIRTUAL book club meeting on June 4, 2020, hosted by Sound Medical Weight Loss’ mindfulness coach, Mariel Ilardi.

We’ll be discussing Dr. Kelly McGonigal’s wonderful book, The Joy of Movement.  You’ll also have a chance to get to know one another before the discussion begins.
