Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 1/2 large cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 orange, thinly sliced (or substitute with 3 mandarin slices)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1–2 tsp raw honey or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
  • 1.5 cups sparkling water (plain or citrus flavor)
  • Ice to fill glasses

Instructions

  1. Muddle gently: In a pitcher or large glass, gently muddle the mint, lime juice, sweetener (if using), and 2–3 slices of cucumber to release flavor.
