No Bake Protein Fudge Bars

What you need:

Add all but 1/3 cup of the cashew butter to a mixing bowl, then pour melted maple syrup and butter, that you melted on the stove slowly, and mix all together until creamy.

Add in the seeds and gently fold them in.

Grease and line a square brownie tin or glass pan, transfer into the pan and then into the freezer for 20 mins.

While in the freezer, add the rest of the cashew butter and dark chocolate to a double broiler pan and melt them together slowly. Once done take the freezer pan out and drizzle the chocolate on top, place back into the freezer until all solid.

Can be topped with flakey sea salt or more seeds and nuts while cooling.

Once frozen take out and cut into squares, enjoy!! Store in an air tight container int he fridge.
