Chocolate protein waffles

Per batch - You will need:

Mix the wet ingredients together making sure that the banana is really smashed up well. Next add the dry ingredients and stir until combined like batter. Preheat the waffle maker and then add some butter to the waffle iron so they don't stick and then spoon the batter into the waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Add the toppings of your choice!

Great with a drizzle of melted chocolate made with stevia leaf.
